Wet'n'Wild Water World combines all the fun and excitement of the world's latest water slides and leisure pools with a shaded twenty acre subtropical garden. Whether you choose to laze in the shallows of the Wave Pool or plunge down a seven-story high Speed Coaster, at Wet'n'Wild Water World we are committed to providing a full day of splashtacular fun and relaxation for everyone!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone we ask that you adhere to the following:
• Glassware, sharp knives and implements may not be brought into the park.
• Commercially prepared food may not be brought into the park.
• Alcohol may not be brought into or consumed in the park.
• Queensland anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the Map for locations.
• Eyewear is not permitted on any waterslide.
• For safety reasons, if you are unable to comply with correct riding procedures for any attraction, you will not be permitted to ride. This may include guests that have restricted movement due to a plaster cast. Consult the lifeguard at each attraction for further information.
• Our lifeguards are not baby sitters. It is your responsibility to supervise your children and ensure their safety at all times. To help you KEEP WATCH - at all times, Wet'n'Wild Water World and the Royal Life Saving Society have created some guidelines - For 0 - 5 year olds - Give them constant attention, stay close and be within arms reach at all times. 6 - 10 year olds must be in visual contact at all times, however we insist that you accompany them in the Giant Wave Pool at all times. Physically check up on your 11 - 14 year olds on a regular basis.

INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Casts and strapped limbs
As we have a duty of care to our guests, we do not allow any guest with a visible injury, such as a hard cast, to ride any of the water slides. Guests with such injuries are able to enjoy the Wave Pool, Whirlpool Springs, Calypso River, and if under 10 yrs of age, Buccaneer Bay lagoons and multi-level interactive playground (with the exception of water slides). Guests with disabilities, strapping or bandages to a limb can be assessed by the Park Supervisor on an individual basis to determine if their capabilities comply with ride rules and procedures.
Amputees and Prosthetic Apparatuses
For safety reasons, guests with amputated or prosthetic limbs may be restricted from using some of our attractions. As situations vary, guests are assessed on an individual basis to determine which attractions can be undertaken safely. This can be done on the day you attend Wet’n’Wild or prior to by visiting or contacting our Guest Services office on 07 5556 1611.
Guide and Working Dogs
Guide and Working Dogs are welcome in the park. However we cannot permit them on, or in, any of our attractions and they must wear their working vest identifying their role at all times.
